Our fully equipped electronics laboratory and carefully designed facilities are more than capable of developing all your electrical and electronic prototyping needs.
We have rapid prototyping facilities capable of producing printed circuit boards in a matter of minutes as well as three dimensional modelling of metals, plastics and moulding materials. Our mechanical engineering capability also boast 3D printing, welding, milling, casting and turning equipment and we are capable of most fabrication and mechanical engineering tasks.
Obviously hardware is nothing without the software to control it. We can develop software on several different platforms from PC’s to hand held devices, smart phones to PDA’s. And any number of embedded systems including LINUX and proprietary systems.

The concept
The first part of the process is to discuss your idea and requirements with us. We can offer you advice and support to formalise your ideas in to a project brief. This will define the scope and requirements of your project, and contains an overview of the goals for the project and functionality necessary to complete them.
The design process
The second part of the process is to start making your ideas a reality. We will take the project brief and start formalising the best way to achieve your goals. We will use various techniques to show you how the final project will look and behave, including 3D CAD renders and a design brief.
Make a prototype
Once the design has been approved, we will create a physical sample of the product design. This can be used to evaluate the functionality of the product to ensure it meets all your requirements. The prototype stage may include computer aided design of either mechanical sample or PCB, schematic diagrams and a finalised bill of materials for costing purposes.
Move to production
Once you are completely happy with the prototype, Brigantia Technologies will still be on hand to assist you when talking to suppliers, production and test houses. We can also provide test bed equipment as required, which can be fully tailored to your product and design needs.
